From Gypsy, you can stroll to near-by cafes and bars or, using the bridge or a small ferry (depending on tides), you can go over to East Looe to shop, relax on the sandy beach to or up-the-pace in the evenings in the buzzing pubs, bars and restaurants.
Yards from the cottage is the famous, stunning South West Coastal Path leading to Talland bay and the picturesque fishing village of Polperro.
Facilities close by include :- the local bowls club, pitch and putt, tennis courts, tea rooms and boat trips.

Entry is into a generous hall at the end of which is the living room and kitchen diner. Patio doors open onto the front terrace which runs the length of the cottage.
Living room: One x 3 seater sofa and one x 2 seater sofa, a large flat screen TV. and partial sea views.
Modern Kitchen/Dining room: Electric glass hob and double oven under, washing machine, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment and i.pod docking station.
The Dining area has a table and seating for four.
The Master bedroom: With views out to sea and Looe Island has a double bed, side cabinets and a chest of drawers with T.V.
This bedroom has a personal dressing room with plenty of hanging space and an en-suite with a bath and shower, WC and wash hand basin.
The twin bedroom has two comfortable 2ft 6in single beds, chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside cabinet.
