There are 14 steps with handrail up to the front door leading into the brand new Kitchen/diner with induction electric hob and eye level cooker and grill, dish washer, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and seating for 4 at the breakfast bar.
Living room: Double aspect with patio doors leading to the large sun terrace, 2 x 3 seater settees, Wi-fi., T.V., D.V.D., docking station.
Master bedroom: King size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Twin bedroom: 2 x single beds, wardrobe and storage.
Family shower room: Large walk in electric corner shower, W.C. and wash hand basin.

Not suitable for cars ( because of limited access ) but will accommodate a motor bike and contains the washing machine, airer and a new shower to wash off the sand after a fun packed day on the beach, wetsuit hanging space and kayak/surfboard stowage ( Kayaks and surfboards not provided ). Access is through a side door at the foot of the entrance stairs or the up and over garage door for parking your motorbike.
