There are 14 steps with handrail up to the front door leading into the brand new Kitchen/diner with induction electric hob and eye level cooker and grill, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and seating for 4 at the breakfast bar.
Living room: Double aspect with patio doors leading to the large sun terrace, 2 x 3 seater settees, Wi-fi., T.V., D.V.D., docking station.
Master bedroom: King size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Twin bedroom: 2 x single beds, wardrobe and storage.
Family shower room: Large walk in electric corner shower, W.C. and wash hand basin.
Outside
Large enclosed sun terrace with table and chairs, umbrella, bench seat and B.B.Q. unit (only disposable BBQs to be used) ideal for enjoying al-fresco meals at any time of the day or just relaxing.
Accessed, down 2 steps, from the living room patio doors or by a side gate at the top of the entrance steps.

Entrance through the side door at the bottom of the outside steps .
Contains the washing machine, airer and a shower to wash off the sand after a fun packed day on the beach, wetsuit hanging space and kayak/surfboard stowage (kayaks and surfboards not provided).
